DyNamo Gym Club’s Recreational Coaching Team were gearing up yesterday at our coaches workshop for our new and exciting Recreational Program being launched this September ‘GymSTART’ . Coaches attending worked on the new levels structure 1-6 provided by Gymnastics Ireland. The coaching team are looking forward to seeing you all back again, and welcoming newcomers, to try out our new levels. ‘GymSTART’ is a programme developed by Gymnastics Ireland designed to drive participation in a club setting by creating a safe, progressive and fun environment for all. Check our the new moves and levels on our club notice board and posters around the gym. A big thank you to our gymnasts Devon, Rhianna and Kate who worked very hard and demonstrated lots of the skills at our workshop.
