Fantastic and tiring weekend at the gym where 9 of our club coaches completed day 2 & 3 of their level 1 coaching course on the 11th & 12th of April. Congratulations to all of our coaches who give so much of their free time to deliver gymnastic classes as well as continuing to further educate and develop their knowledge and expertise.

Thank you so much to all the gymnasts who attended on both days. Thank you also to Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership who provided some grant aid towards the cost of the training.
