We were delighted to be apart of a collaborative project with Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership, Gymnastics Ireland and the Mercy Primary Plaza to deliver an outreach inclusive gymnastics programme. It has been a fantastic experience for the coaches, teachers and pupils, all the happy faces say it all.

Thankyou to Meadhbh and Roisin who represented DyNamo at SSRP’s launch of their new strategic plan 2018-2023, where they met John Tracey CEO of Sport Ireland. Thank you to SSRP for all their support towards coach education at DyNamo since the beginning and we look forward to playing our part in the new plan.   

We are so delighted to officially welcome 2 new coaches to our voluntary team since Sep 2018. Fantastic to see Emer Sheridan back involved with gymnastics who trained with many of our fellow coaches in our youth, and to Mandy McCarthy who has seen first hand the benefits of this sport for her children involved in the club. They are both a great addition to our team.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For the month of January, Monday & Tuesday/Thursday & Friday classes will be combined to every Tuesday for Acro and Thurs for Individuals from 5.30-7.30pm. From February full classes will return once partnerships & grades are agreed.                  IMPORTANT DATE FOR YOUR DIARY: National Finals 25th&26th May.

Club Members Notice: Start Back Date for Term 2 Jan-Mar is from Tuesday 15th Jan 2019 Terms Fees will be collected for each class on the first week back Tues 15th, Thurs 17th and Sat 19th 2019.   *Please note we have a no Fee-No train policy* Looking forward to seeing you all back enjoying gym in 2019.

The Saturday 12-1 Recreational Class are looking forward to hosting their class competition event- GymStart Challenge 2018, on Saturday 14th April. All girls wear leotards and have hair tied up neatly. All Boys wear leotard/Shorts or T-Shirt and Shorts. Warm up commences at 12noon, and parents are welcome from 12.20 to come along, show your support and cheer them all on.
